Let's Take it to the Miramax

Park Circus is beyond proud to represent the Miramax library around the world. Arguably one of the most proactive and radical American entertainment companies of the last 20 years, Miramax's back catalogue holds timeless treasures of pure cinematic gold.

Founded in 1979 by brothers Harvey and Bob Weinstein, the company took its name from their parents Miriam and Max. Originally created to distribute independent films that were seen as commercially unfeasible, the company quickly enjoyed critical and commercial success with Pedro Almodovar's Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down! (Atame!) and Kevin Smith's Clerks. This early acclaim was followed by the major box office successes of Pulp Fiction and The English Patient (pictured) among others.

Miramax grew, audiences were enchanted, awards were won and their movies traversed the globe - from to Things To Do In Denver When You're Dead. If that wasn't enough, major film franchises - , Scream and were also maintained.

Miramax's back catalogue is testament to all that has been interesting and innovative in world cinema in the last three decades and now Park Circus wants to make it easy for you to revisit and reshow these fantastic films. Return to the streets with Starsky And Hutch or them there gold rich hills in There Will Be Blood. Skulk around the favelas of Rio with City of God (Cidade de Deus) or take to the skies with The Aviator.
