Park Circus to represent Harold Lloyd

Park Circus to represent Harold Lloyd

Park Circus Films is delighted to announce that the company will represent the worldwide theatrical rights (excluding North America) to a collection of classic Harold Lloyd titles.

In an agreement made with The Harold Lloyd Estate, Park Circus now represents popular titles from the early film era such as GRANDMA'S BOY (1922), SAFETY LAST! (1923), THE FRESHMAN (1925), THE KID BROTHER (1927), SPEEDY (1928), and MOVIE CRAZY (1932).

Harold Lloyd was one of the great and most loved comic stars of the early film era, a genius on a par with Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton. With a motion picture career spanning 34 years and over 200 comedies, Lloyd's most famous persona remains the ‘glasses character' – a plucky, average all-American guy who had the will to succeed despite the fact all manner of seemingly disastrous obstacles were put in his way.

The Harold Lloyd Collection is a welcome addition to Park Circus' Silent Collection and is available for theatrical bookings now.
