Welcome to Newark, New Jersey: the unofficial car-theft capital of the world. Jason (Sharron Corley) and Midget (Gabriel Casseus), two black teenagers, have the same interests as most of their peers-- stealing and joyriding cars! But when the boys jack a police car, they find themselves facing a large-scale offensive by abusive, violent-prone cops. Also starring Emmy-winner Christine Baranksi.
