Richard III

It is the end of the 15th Century, and soon after Edward VI has been crowned King, his brother Richard starts plotting to obtain the throne. First he wins Lady Anne (Claire Bloom), then poisons Edward’s mind against their other brother, Clarence (John Gielgud), and later has him killed. After murdering all who stand between him and the throne, Richard becomes King, but must face his enemies finally on the battlefield.
