The Early Bird

Norman Pitkin (Norman Wisdom) is the village milkman. Every morning he sets off with his milk churn and horse to provide the eccentric villagers with the milk for their early morning cups of tea. The war, however, has greatly aided Consolidated Dairies who, unlike Norman, have super-efficient electric milk trolleys. What is Norman to do?
