The Young Lovers

Ted Hutchins is a lonely American working in the Intelligence Section of the US Embassy in London. In another Embassy lives the lonely daughter of a Minister, Anna. The two meet one day at a ballet and after spending time together, realise they are falling in love. After discovering his occupation, however, she deduces that their phone calls have no doubt been tapped and their secret discovered. Her father is furious, and her Embassy, suspicious of Ted, follow him. Anna is pregnant and on hearing this, her father absolutely forbids her to see Ted who is also suspected of being a spy. The two, still very much in love, must take drastic action before they are parted forever.
