The Woman for Joe

At the fair business is slack. The young boss, Joe, hits upon an idea - they need a new act. It comes in the small form of George, a midget, labelled ‘The World’s Smallest Man’. Business soon picks up and when it is George’s birthday, the staff organise a date for him with another midget. He confesses, however, that he prefers normal women, and falls in love with a young girl, Mary. After persuading Joe to give her a job at the fair, he endlessly tries to impress her, but to George’s distress, something is growing between her and Joe.
