Clifford Godfrey is a dollhouse furniture designer, obsessed by his idealised notions of love, marriage and family. After being dropped by his ‘perfect’ woman on the eve of their vacation, Clifford’s luck takes a turn when he meets the beautiful Amanda Hughes. Whisking her away to paradise, Clifford thinks he’s found his perfect companion, but on meeting free-spirited photographer, Clare Enfield, Clifford finds himself redefining his image of perfection.
