Hungry Hill

reland in the nineteenth century and two families, the Brodricks and the Donovans, are feuding over a mine. The Donovans believe the land should be theirs, whilst the Brodricks are planning to sink a copper mine into the hill, ‘Hungry Hill’. The Donovans incite the locals not to work in the mine so that the Brodricks have to import Cornishmen. However, when members of both families are killed by rioters, the feud becomes more bitter with chilling consequences.
