Welcome Home Roxy Carmichael

A wacky look at small town morality and sensibilities. The scene is downtown Clyde, Ohio, and the town's only home-grown celebrity returns in triumph. Roxy Carmichael's claim to fame is dubious at best, but this juvenile-delinquent-turned-celebrity is the most exciting thing in Clyde's collective memory. Dinky Bossetti (Winona Ryder) is Clyde's present notorious teen, and she just knows she is Roxy's illegitimate daughter. Dinky has an all-consuming obsession with Roxy, and the closer she gets to Clyde, the crazier the town of Clyde becomes - it's bound to be quite a party.
