To celebrate Lunar New Year (10 February), Po-Chih Leong's groundbreaking Ping Pong is now available to book in DCP for the first time ever and will return to cinemas from 9 February 2024 – supported by brand new artwork by British-Chinese artist Shipei Wang, exclusively revealed by FIlm4.

The first feature film by a Chinese British director, this madcap 80s mystery set in the heart of London's busy Chinatown was a landmark on its release – but has since been largely overlooked. Katie Smith-Wong Illuminates the film’s legacy in newly-commissioned programme notes, available soon.

Starring a brilliant Lucy Sheen as a young law student executing the rather tricky will of a wealthy restauranteur found dead in a Soho phone box, there has never been a better time to bring this triumphant examination of Chinese diaspora in Britain back to the big screen.
