Pacific Heights

Patty Palmer and Drake Goodman are living out their dream: buying and renovating a large Victorian home in San Francisco. Carter Hayes appears to be the perfect tenant for the downstairs apartment, but soon they find he is not at all what he seems — he may even be dangerous. When they try to evict him, he begins to wage an escalating psychological war on the defenseless couple — one which they can’t afford to lose. Because if Carter Hayes wins, it may cost them their relationship, their home, perhaps even their lives. And the law is on his side.
